Sunday I took Paxton into town to try out for the Desert Club Volleyball U-16 team. She did great. I was super impressed with the whole tryout in itself. They worked those girls and the girls got to show their stuff!! Paxton was called and invited to play for them. How exciting!!
Here is some of the tryout.
What a beautiful setting for a soccer game!! Saturday the 14th, Brad and I loaded up in the car and took off to Cashmere to watch the soccer girls play Cashmere in playoffs. Snow had fallen the night before in the hills and it was plain beautiful!! We played at 2:00 in the afternoon so the weather wasn't as cold as it could have been. Gorgeous day....and pretty good outcome!!
Maci spent most of the second half blocking shot attempts! She was fabulous!!
Rosa scored the only goal of the game...the only one needed!
On to State!!! My but these girls celebrated their win!! It was crazy fun!! What a great soccer game to watch. Puyallup, here come the Eagles!!
Friday the 13th (oh my goodness!!) the Eagle football team played Cascade. They ended up winning the game and are moving forward on the playoff bracket. I didn't get any pictures (it was too cold outside to take pictures...ok, I forgot my big camera at home!) of the game but I took a couple of the crowd with my little camera:
Nice, dad!!
And here are the ever faithful Jackie and Mike Borgens!! Got enough blankets???
Random shot of Marcie and Paxton. Aren't they cute!!
Saturday the 7th we headed into Pasco to watch the Hailey kiddos grid kid football team. They played the same team that I watched them play against a couple of weeks ago, but this time it is in the playoffs.

Same team, same result....we won!!!!
After the football game it was time to travel to Kennewick to watch Hunter and the rest of the Moses Lake soccer team play the Kamiakin Braves soccer team. What a good game...just not the outcome that we were hoping for.
Our #18....Hunter Lynn
Man these girls run a lot!!
The girls lost the game 1-2 but if you look closely, the picture above shows the ball getting by the Kamiakin goalie and headed into the goal.....
by none other than HUNTER!!!! Yeah!!!!
Kaylee came to spend the night while Eric worked. Kyle didn't have to work so he spent the day with her. They had a great time.
Kaylee in her "piggie" pajamas.
Pretty necklace.
