Thursday night, at Royal, the Connell Eagles won the District Championship against Highland, in the 2nd round of sudden death....what an exciting, awesome, great game!!!
It got too dark for me to take any good photos of the overtime and sudden death periods. Unfortunately!! The soccer team plays in Connell Tuesday night, this marks the start of the State Tournament......GO EAGS!!!
The boys played Naches on Friday....well, they went to Naches but didn't really show up. They got beat. Heads up though and we traveled to Yakima for Saturday.
Did I mention that Friday was not the greatest of days???? Hence the small amount of photos!!
Saturday....play began at 1:00 against Cle Elum. We had our way with them...10 running them in 5 innings.

The League Championship trophy was presented to the Eagles before the game. Congrats Eags!!

Next on the agenda was Riverview. We ended up winning that game 13-2. We go into Regionals in 3rd place, playing Cashmere at Wentachee Saturday at 1:00.

Sunday was a catch up day around the house....laundry, dishes, yard.....oh yeah, and the boys made me a firepit in the back yard!!
