Finished my Scripture ATC yesterday for the week: Kind. "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ, God forgave you." Ephesians 4:32 This is a good one for me...gotta work on part of this.

Been working on schedules at school these last couple of days. The end of the semester is a coming and schedules for next semester always seem to need tweaking...or so high school students think!! Keeps us busy (-:

Stopped by Pat's tonight after school and had a nice visit. She and Mitzi and Leslie redid the office...it looks awesome!! There is a wall of tribute to Steve and it is great.

Tuesday

Can't believe tomorrow is Wednesday already. This week has been going by at a fast pace. After school today Auntie and I stopped by grandma and pop's to put a box away for them. We visited just a bit and I took a couple of pictures of their pride and joy:

I finally finished a project I have been working on for quite awhile. It is a book with the cover taken off and the pages folded at various lengths. To the pages I added pictures and things that had to do with the year 2008. [There are a couple of exceptions...a couple of pictures are from 2007, but mainly it is a 2008 album.] It was fun and time consuming because I didn't start 2008 with this in mind, so I didn't prepare for it very well and just used pictures and things I had already around here. I am happy with it. I am taking at least 1 picture everyday this year, or as close to it as possible, and want to do another book, this time in chronological order. We will see how things progress. (-:








Here's a picture of the post office today, taken from inside Auntie's car because it was darn cold outside!! This little guy is so cute. They were having fun on their walk, moving quicker than usual I bet!!

Meet Pete

BUSY day at school today. It went pretty fast actually. Working on our Course Handbook.

After school I went up to my brother's house so I could meet the new puppy...Pete (after the dog on Little Rascals because of the black patch around his eye). All the kids were outside playing baseball and goofing off with the dog. I love this series of pictures with Cash: "Auntie, watch me hit this ball"

Watched football today...Eagles beat the Giants and the Steelers beat the Chargers. Next week should be interesting. We are rooting for the underdogs!! Go Cardinals (-:

Clean that shop day!!

Today was Kyle's day to clean up the shop...and what a job THAT was!! We even worked together and got the cobwebs and spiders down from the tops of the walls and the ceiling, and on the light fixtures and garage door openers. Got some pretty angry spiders right now!! Sorry...not!!

We woke up to a dead kitty in the dog house on the patio this morning. Not sure what happened to it. It was the white and grey Tom cat that hangs around to eat and what-not. I think it looks like he got into some poison of some kind. He got buried )-:

Today was the first day of ski bus. They go to Silver Mountain in Idaho. Paxton was looking forward to it and it didn't let her down. They had a great time. She said that it was on the windy side and snowed most of the day but that the snow was good to snowboard on. Here is the gear it takes to go (IF you are a girl that is!!)

WIND again!!!

Talk about wind...boy do we have WIND!! I have to say, I don't like wind!

Last night I was in bed by 8:15 pm and asleep by 8:30 pm. Crazy!! I didn't sleep very well Tuesday night because of the wind. Last night there was wind also but I didn't have to hear it because I was OUT!! The wind can leave anytime soon...real soon and I wouldn't care!

Today is Greg's birthday.....

After school yesterday, Auntie and I stopped by the Engelhard house. We dropped some food off for them. Mr. E was asleep in his chair when we got there so we got to visit with Steph for a while. She is the same as ever: drama and hilarious. Love her!! They are doing as well as can be expected (Mrs. Engelhard passed away last Friday). When Mr. E woke up we visited with him for a bit and then took off. She will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, Engelhards!!

I took a couple pictures of my desk area the other day so you all could see where I work. Corny huh!! Oh well. Now you know, corny or not!! (-:

Oh what people will do to accept a date to a dance. This is the sign that Briar made himself, and put up above Brianna's locker so she would know that his answer to her question. The question..."Will you go to Sadie's with me??" [Whatever happened to a simple yes or no???? Funny kids. I wonder if other high school's have all this fancy stuff. Actually, no I don't!!]

I took this picture the other night of all the kids at the dinner table. It has been a long time (or so it seems) since everyone was sitting down at the same time. I wasn't going to put this on the blog but then decided what the heck. So, here are the kids eating (the only time when things are really quiet around here....everyone is eating!!)
